Represents the first “scattered site“ housing in the Triangle for people with HIV/AIDS, and the first in NC owned by the sponsoring nonprofit. Buchanan Place provides affordable housing to 8-16 very low-income HIV+ clients. Priority given to single parent families with one or two children.
These apartments consist of four 2 bedroom units and are located near Duke East Campus in Durham, NC. They are on a bus line and near shopping. All units are unfurnished but do include a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer.
